To have your sick plant diagnosed:

1. Disease diagnosis from the clinic booth at the "Arboretum Plant Sales"

Please have one or more of the following:

• Sick plant or diseased section of a large plant
• Picture of the plant and site
• Detail description of the problem

• Type of plant or name of plant.

2. Based on the type of disease, we can arrange for any of the
following:

• Email/phone consultation
• Mail in or drop off sample (link to form for sample submission)
• Site visit
