To have your sick plant diagnosed:1. Disease diagnosis from the clinic booth at the "Arboretum Plant Sales"
Please have one or more of the following:- Sick plant or diseased section of a large plant
- Picture of the plant and site
- Detail description of the problem

Information we will need:
- Your name
- Phone number or email
- Type of plant or name of plant.
- Vegetable and Crops
- Ornamentals - home and outdoor
- Trees and Shrubs
- Turf
Types of diseases
- Rot
- Wilt (looks like drought stress)
- Spots
- Blight (large or many spots)
- Canker (enlarged lesion on tree trunks or branches)
- Plant died suddenly(wilt)
- Plant has spots on leaves
- Parts of plant have brown or black rot (soft or dry)
- open wound on trunk
- part to all of leaf canopy dead
- area of grass dead (often circular)
2. Based on the type of disease, we can arrange for any of the following:
- Email/phone consultation
- Mail in or drop off sample (link to form for sample submission)
